1. Agreement To Terms
By accessing or using this website (“Site”), placing an order, or joining our wine club, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Legal Drinking Age
You must be 21 years or older to use this Site or purchase wine from X Winery.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 21 years old
- The recipient of the shipment is also 21+
- Someone 21+ will be available to sign for the delivery
We use age verification at checkout and carriers require an adult signature upon delivery.
3. Shipping And Delivery
Where We Ship
We ship to most U.S. states, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
If we are unable to ship to your state, your order will be canceled and refunded.
Adult Signature Required
All wine shipments require an adult signature (21+) at delivery.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- No one available to sign
- Incorrect address
- Refusal of shipment
You are responsible for:
- Return shipping fees
- Re-shipment costs
Weather Holds
We may delay shipments due to extreme weather conditions to protect the integrity of the wine.

- Prices, vintages, and availability are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to limit quantities
Wine is a limited agricultural product and availability may change at any time.
5. Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
By submitting payment, you authorize X Winery to charge your selected payment method for:
- Products
- Shipping
- Applicable taxes
6. Wine Club Terms (If Applicable)
If you join the X Winery wine club:
- You agree to recurring shipments based on your selected membership
- Billing occurs prior to each shipment
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment and shipping information
Cancellations
Memberships may require a minimum number of shipments before cancellation. Early cancellations may result in a fee, if applicable.
Skipped Shipments
Shipment skips may be permitted within the designated window prior to billing.
7. Returns And Refunds
Due to the nature of wine:
- All sales are generally final
- We do not accept returns of shipped alcohol
If there is an issue with your order, including:
- Damaged bottles
- Corked or flawed wine
- Incorrect shipment
