Shipping policy

Where We Ship

Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship to certain states. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be notified and refunded. 

Adult Signature Requirement

All shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature (21+) at delivery.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You and the recipient are at least 21 years of age
  • Someone 21+ will be available to sign for the package

Carriers will not leave packages unattended.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

We ship via common carriers such as UPS and FedEx.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Order size
  • Selected shipping speed

Delivery Timing

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–10 business days.

Tracking information will be provided once your order leaves our facility.

Weather Holds

Wine is sensitive to temperature. To protect quality, we may delay shipments during periods of extreme heat or cold.

If a weather hold is placed:

  • Your order will ship when conditions are safe
  • You may contact us to request immediate shipment at your own risk

Failed Delivery And Returns

If delivery fails due to:

  • No one available to sign
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal of shipment

The order may be returned to us.

In such cases, the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Re-shipment costs

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

X Winery is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage (if applicable)

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Compliance With State Laws

All shipments are made in accordance with state and federal alcohol shipping laws.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally permitted to purchase and receive wine in your state
  • The shipment does not violate local regulations
