Description
100 % Musque Clone Sauvignon Blanc from the unique Clear Lake AVA. Elevation and the Lake both regulate extreme temperatures in this region. Aromas of grapefruit, pear, and tropical fruits with just a touch of banana. Skin contact along with two month post fermentation lees stirring in closed stainless steel drums creates a nice touch of round melon flavors. The stainless steel fermentation and inhibited malolactic fermentation lead to a clean finish with notes of minerality and lemon zest.
