Description
Grapefruit, pear, and lemon followed by a trace of green apple. Light/medium in body this fruit-forward wine has crisp acidity and a hint of apricot and green apple linger on the finish.
"No oak, no oxygen." X Winery is the only winery in the Northern Hemisphere to use the oxygen excluding CAP system that was developed in Australia.
75% of the wine saw 17 hours of skin contact time and fermentation temperature was limited to 60 degrees F.
